Date with the photographer

This past Monday we had a great day taking family photos. We tried out a new photographer that my friend suggested. Thanks Alyson, we absolutley loved her. We are so excited to share the photos with all of you. Thanks to Paul we were able to post all our family photos in a slideshow. Puppy Love

Payton is our newest addition to the family. He is a beautiful Weimaraner mixed dog. Came to us from a family whose mom was too allergic to keep him. He was born 3 days before our little Abrielle and came fully trained. We knew he was a perfect fit. See for yourself.

Every morning when daddy gets out of bed Payton loves to go back to sleep and Cuddle with Mommy.

Mischief is not to happy about this. I think Payton does it to annoy her.  We all thin k it's funny but I don't think she does. LOL

We look forward to having Payton as a part of our family. As a child i always had a puppy that I grew up with. This is why Paul and I wanted Abby to have the same thing. The love that a dog shows to its owners is a feeling you will never loose. We love all our dogs  and can't wait for Abby to enjoy them as much as we do. 

Mother's Day Weekend

We had so much fun the entire weekend. It started on Saturday with a fantastic buffet at Shaw's. So the Kuhlman side of the family got all dressed up and took Grammy Kuhlman out for a nice dinner. They must have known that we were a rowdy group. When we got there we were surprised to discover we had our own private room. 

Abby enjoyed several crab cakes and a delicious piece of red velvet cake. 

She came home and spent some time with her Uncle max, Deg and Preskar.
Then she snuggled up to her bunny and went right to bed. 

These are a few of the wonderful gifts I received. 

The next morning I enjoyed some homemade lemon poppy seed pancakes for breakfast. A few hours later we met up with YaYa Emmerich for Brunch.

Abby loved eating even more fantastic food. 

Happy baby girl all weekend made for a great weekend for Mommy.

Catch up Time

I know it has been quite some time since i have written on our family Blog. A lot has happened in that time.  For starters Abby got her first tooth on April 12th.

I know you cant see it, but it is there.

Her second on April 15th. She now has six teeth.

Along with all the these teeth Abby became a dare devil climber.

This is where I found her after I left for 90 seconds. She was four stairs up holding on to the railing laughing . O boy or should i say O girl we are in trouble!

Abrielle's Big Week

Being a parent is one of the greatest things ever! Paul and I are always waiting for Abby to learn something new. This week she was busy! We have kept our cameras close waiting for the moments to happen, afraid we would miss anything new she might accomplish.  For exmple the video below. 

I thought for sure she was going to crawl, but she was just squirming around. LOL

Then she suprised us. She's not quite crawling but she is doing some army crawling. Before we know she will be doing full out sprints.

On another note on Thursday April 12th, 2012 her first tooth appeared. Then to start her new week tooth number two showed up on April 15th, 2012. 

Abby's 1st Easter

Abby's first Easter was a busy one. The Saturday of Easter weekend we spent the whole day at Grandma and Grampy Zurek's house. She had so much fun with everyone there. Especially the dancing Easter bunnies. 

She was so tired that she past out for almost 2 hours well the Easter festivities were still underway. 

Early the next morning we headed of to Church. We spent the morning with YaYa and PaPa. SHe loved seeing the people and even fell asleep in my arms while the chior was singing. 

The next and final stop was Granny and Umpa's house. She had a good time there as well. I think her favorite part was Granny's Lemon Curd pie. She couldn't get enough I guess she has a sweet tooth alreay.

You Are Never Too Young To Work.

Paul was on spring break this last week. So, Abby got to hang with her Daddy all week. By the end of the week Paul decided that after all his hard work it was time to put Abby to work. We decided to have her intern with YaYa. Let me tell you she dove right in. She went through all the paperwork, decided what could stay and what needed to be chewed up and disposed of. She also typed like a mad women. I'm not even sure YaYa needed to be there to supervise.

As my nephew,Cayden would say, she likes her "big money job." I think you can see for yourself, she was a very productive little girl. After all her hard work we enjoyed a pleasant lunch, where she almost fell asleep in her highchair. Though she did a great job I think we will keep her home for a little while longer. :)

Don't Hold Me Mom!

My baby girl is already shouting about her independence. She doesn't need her mommy. She has officially started sitting up on her own and don't try and touch her if she wobbles! She's got it handled, and pulls her hands away from you right away. However, it makes me a little nervous so into a highchair or something with a buckle she goes. LOL

I know she looks a bit homeless, but it was a little chili outside.

She loves being in the cart at the store. She reaches for anything in reach, including any passer byers. I have to say I do like that she can sit in the cart. Now I don't have to pile grocery around her till she disappears. 

Abrielle's 6 month Photos

Yes we know Abby is not quite 6 months old. However she will be in the next week and a half. We had a chance to get her photos taken outside in Florida, so we did. She loved to be outside and kept trying to get off the blanket and play with the tall grass. I love how they all turned out. We hope you like them as well. 

I love the cute little bubbles she blows. 

I think this is my favorite! It shows her true personality.

She loved staring at everything outside. Her favorite part was the breeze in her hair and having naked toes. 

 

Everytime we would uncross her legs she would recross them. 

LOL, She must be a lady. 

It was so much fun to take these photos. We love her so much! She is getting big way too fast for our liking. However, we are so glad for moments that we can make record of her growth. We love to look at them and are so happy to share them with all of you, our friends and family.

Our baby girls first time at the pool.

I took Abrielle to the pool for the first time yesterday. She was so relaxed and looked like a queen floating around the pool. Paul enjoyed face timing with us. I was glad to share the experience with him while he was back at home.

She had such a great time at the pool but was really tuckered out by the time we arrived back at Aunt Brittany and Uncle Camerons. She went to bed right away.
